Free US delivery on every order.

 

Every StrawberryFix order ships free to anywhere in the United States. No minimum spend. No exceptions.

 

Delivery times:

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 8 to 13 days to arrive. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Where we ship:

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping is something we're working on and we'll announce when it becomes available.

 

A note on delivery times:

StrawberryFix ships from our fulfilment partner and delivery estimates are based on typical carrier times. Occasionally during busy periods or public holidays, delivery may take a day or two longer than usual. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 days of your dispatch confirmation, contact us at support@strawberryfix.com and we'll look into it straight away.

 

Order tracking:

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your delivery at any time.

Refunds Policy

We mean it when we say risk-free.

 

If you've used StrawberryFix consistently and haven't seen the improvement you were hoping for, we'll refund every dollar. No forms to fill out. No lengthy back and forth. No questions asked.

 

How it works:

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Send us an email at support@strawberryfix.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days.

 

A few things to note:

We ask that you give the SmoothSkin Matrix a genuine chance before requesting a refund. KP takes time to treat and most customers see their best results between weeks 4 and 8. If you're struggling or have questions about how to use the product, reach out before requesting a refund and we'll do everything we can to help.

 

We don't offer exchanges as we currently carry one product. If you've placed an order and need to make a change, contact us as quickly as possible at support@strawberryfix.com and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Order Process

Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at support@strawberryfix.com We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
